Delivery Policy

Mastermind St. Louis LLC / Accelerate Coaching / Brian K. McRae sells coaching, consulting, and training services for sales professionals and small business owners. These services are delivered to clients through online meetings, email, phone calls, and online learning platforms such as Teachable.

Return Policy

Mastermind St. Louis LLC / Accelerate Coaching / Brian K. McRae sells coaching, consulting, and training services for sales professionals and small business owners. You can’t “return” these types of services, but in some cases we offer refunds. Our refund policy is explained below.

Refund Policy

Mastermind St. Louis LLC / Accelerate Coaching / Brian K. McRae offers a money-back guarantee, the terms of which depend on the service. For The Boardroom, we will refund you if you don’t make meaningful progress in your first 6 months despite attending all sessions. For our Referral Partner Transformation program, if you aren’t more energized and confident about building your business through referrals at the end of the program, we’ll refund you through your first 6 sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Mastermind St. Louis LLC / Accelerate Coaching / Brian K. McRae’s services require a 6-month commitment. After this 6-month commitment, services can be cancelled no questions asked.
