About Mastermind St. Louis

Brian is an award-winning mortgage loan officer who recognized that business persons needed another channel to build their business. In 2011, Brian launched Mastermind St. Louis, a monthly event geared towards professional service providers who depend on referrals for their viability. Incorporating principles from Michael Maher, bestselling author of (7L) The Seven Levels of Communication, Brian has helped countless people make their businesses radically referable and successful.

Although the Mastermind St. Louis was wildly successful, there was a growing need for more intensive and hands-on programs. Soon after, Brian created the Radically Referable Academy, JumpStart Workshops, Accelerate Coaching Program and eventually went on to add individual, team, and company coaching options that make radically referable strategies radically easy to implement.
